About Aisling

I am a fully qualified psychotherapist and am accredited with both IAHIP and IACP. Here are some of my qualifications that I’ve gathered over the last twenty years of study. Continuous professional development has always been very important to me personally and also aids my work. My current work involves a busy psychotherapy practice as well as lecturing and workshops for organisations and colleges in the areas of mental health, especially stress and anxiety, yoga, mindfulness and nutrition workshops for specialised requirements.
