Course Overview
In this course, we start at the beginning so we learn how to understand the physical body, the muscles and organs, how to work with them, manipulate them to enable them to heal. The approach stems strongly from a sports injury and nutritionist health perspective. Then as we heal the body we move to the breath and the mind and work with meditation and relaxation so that we can fully connect to the body. From this place we are in a position to look at what is this body and what is this mind. We will explore this philosophy mainly through the yogic ideas & texts, but will consider philosophy as a whole and are open to all ideas and suggestions from participants in the course. We have the approach that all experience is valid and respected as it is.
Through discovery & experiential training you will learn principles of alignment, class sequencing, working with injuries and energy, modifying yoga postures to address an individual’s needs and teaching private, beginning and intermediate classes. Furhter, you will increase your bodies flexibility, endurance and strength, both physically and mentally!

While these times seem intensive, I have found that this suits people best and the majority of the hours are enjoyable and interesting and there is plenty of rest time while practicing meditation. We also have ample breaks throughout the day.
Meet like-minded people who travel from around the country as well abroad for this training. To date we’ve had students from Clare, Limerick, Mayo, Roscommon, Westmeath, Tipperary, Kerry as well as from overseas places like Germany, Spain, France, Poland, Uruguay & Britain.
Unlike other courses I’ve done academically this course really focussed on enjoying the material rather than just focussing on what was needed to pass exams although that was also given priority.

This Yoga Teacher Training was a beautiful journey in all senses. It helped me to acknowledge and accept my emotions and feelings in order to be more present. It also involved a vast content of anatomy and physiology, as well as content related to the philosophy and culture of Yoga in a way to implement it in our Western lifestyle. This journey will definitely help you to grow as a human and to be more kind with yourself and every living being on earth

I’ve just completed and enjoyed my yoga training with Aisling. I now feel confident enough to start teaching. The course was well structured, informative and manageable. Aisling has a lot of experience & knowledge of the course. This course will bring out the yogi in you. I would highly recommend.

It was such an incredible yogic journey with Aisling. She went over and above to ensure our continued full engagement with the course despite the recent challenges. I cannot praise Aisling and this course enough. It was thorough and in-depth, enlightening both for the body and mind. I gained so much knowledge about the anatomy of the body, the practical side of yoga teaching and the many yoga workshops we attended. I gained personally from meditation practice and relaxation during this course. I enjoyed being part of the many discussions our group had together. We learned from each other too, always receiving genuine praise and encouragement from Aisling. Thank you for a wonderful experience Aisling. You are an amazing teacher and leader.

If I was to pick one word to describe this course it would be “lifechanging”. I found myself at a crossroads in 2019 and I wasn’t quite sure what to do next with my life. I practised yoga daily and one morning in August I had a revelation during my practice that I would love to become a yoga instructor. I found this course online and began that September. Aisling is a very beautiful person both inside and out. She has a beautiful style of teaching where you will never feel overwhelmed by the course allowing you to get the very best of all that is on offer. If you take the journey with Aisling she will not disappoint you. You will come away with not just a qualification but a true understanding of the vast world of yoga. Om Shanti and best of luck

Aisling is a beautiful teacher, full of wisdom and insight and more than willing to extend herself beyond her role to meet the need of her students” Gorgeous premises, we were spoiled rotten ? Excellent materials were chosen carefully to provide students with a comprehensive, thorough and robust education preparing them as competent yoga teachers in the future. Such is the quality of the training that I have already commenced my journey as a yoga teacher seeing clients privately and in groups. The focus on the philosophical and spiritual as well as the physical. A fantastic course, would recommend to anyone interested in pursuing a yoga teacher career. Thank you.

I will really miss it from now on. I would certainly recommend the course to anyone interested in this journey. Your guidance and support were excellent, Aisling. You made the whole experience worth the effort (even learning anatomy!!).
