Sleep Hygiene Workshop<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In various studies on students in colleges, elderly people and other studies, over 50% of people were sleep deprived. Sleep is where our body gets a chance to heal. Our hormones and immune system are regulated at this time and our overall wellbeing – mental and physical – is dependent on good sleep. This workshop includes sleep practises you use to improve your sleep quality. Note: this video is not a substitute for actual therapy. It aims to provide understanding and techniques to use in the absence of therapy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
