Learn how to practice Mindfulness in a the beautiful and peaceful surroundings of Temple Lodge Spa with this relaxing and rejuvenating Mindfulness retreat created by Aisling Reidy. We cater for all backgrounds from the advanced to beginners.

The teachings include emphasis of mindfulness in everyday life as well as focused practice. There will be opportunities to learn mindful movement, mindful breathing, mindful eating and also some yoga for anyone interested. There will be group discussion on how to use mindfulness, how to sit and how to focus the breath. Nothing is mandatory and you can come and go as you wish.

The Temple Lodge Spa has beautiful bedrooms, a relaxing vitality suite, gym, 10 treatments rooms and a state of the art yoga & meditation studio. All the rooms look over the vast countryside, giving you a sense of being away from it all, immersed in nature. It has all the ingredients for a fantastic getaway to awaken the heart, relax the mind, restore and rejuvenate the body.
