Therapy for Grief and Bereavement
The death of a loved one is something that we all struggle with. Finding the space to allow ourselves to grieve can be very difficult.
However grief can come in many forms, the loss of a job, home, partner or any other major life changes all trigger feelings of grief. Grief counseling aims to help people cope with this grief or mourning in its many different forms and stages and with the difficult questions that it brings up in day to day life.
When a loved one passes a way the recovery process is known as bereavement. However grief is associated with any form of loss and can include feelings of sadness, guilt, regret, anger, yearning to name a few.
My training includes MA Psychotherapy, Jungian Psychology & Art therapy, Supervision, Trauma Therapy, Mindfulness Facilitation, Couples Therapy, Group Facilitation and Lecturing.
