Fully qualified and accredited Psychotherapist. I studied with the Tivoli Institute for five years as well nutrition and functional medicine with the Institute of Health Sciences for four years and am a qualified yoga teacher trainer, having run my own yoga centre for many years in Galway.

I am also fully qualified in Massage, Sports Injury therapy, Reflexology, Colonic Hydrotherapy and have trained with Sports and Coaching techniques, Reiki, Mindfulness Training & Facilitation, Shiatsu and Craniosacral therapy.

I have a genuine interest and passion in everything I do and am always eager to learn more.

My training includes MA Psychotherapy, Jungian Psychology & Art therapy, Supervision, Trauma Therapy, Mindfulness Facilitation, Couples Therapy, Group Facilitation and Lecturing.
