The decision to come for therapy isn’t an easy one to arrive at, and that’s especially true for couples therapy. When I work with couples in therapy, the foundation is a safe and equal space to address whatever the issues may be. Couples bring all kinds of issues. They may be recent problems or long-standing issues that remain unresolved.
Issues vary from relationships that have turned stale, conflict at home, extra-marital affairs or stress caused by a change in dynamics between the couple like illness or change of circumstances like employment.
For issues that aren’t going away at home, a psychotherapist experienced in working with couples can help bring clarity, surface new possibilities and remove barriers to resolution.
My training includes MA Psychotherapy, Jungian Psychology & Art therapy, Supervision, Trauma Therapy, Mindfulness Facilitation, Couples Therapy, Group Facilitation and Lecturing.
