Classes begin with breathwork and continue to deep stretching for over an hour, and a guided relaxation at the end. Drop in to try out a class or sign up for a course, you can even alternate the classes if you have a busy schedule. I cater for all levels in a class and you can take the stretches as far or as gentle as you need.
