    About Aisling

    I have been studying health for over twenty years. I am a fully qualified Psychotherapist. I studied Psychotherapy with the Tivoli Institute for five years, nutrition and functional medicine with the Institute of Health Sciences for four years and am a qualified yoga teacher, having run my own yoga centre for many years in Galway.

    I am fully qualified in Massage, Sports Injury therapy, Reflexology, Colonic Hydrotherapy and have trained with Sports and Coaching techniques, Reiki, Mindfulness Training & Facilitation, Shiatsu and Craniosacral therapy.

    I have done many cleanses myself as well as supporting various people on a range of cleanses and detoxifications. I have a genuine interest and passion in everything I do and am always eager to learn more.

    My training includes MA Psychotherapy, Jungian Psychology & Art therapy, Supervision, Trauma Therapy, Mindfulness Facilitation, Couples Therapy, Group Facilitation and Lecturing.
