Full Body Massage

Who wouldn’t want to pamper themselves with a scrumptious, deep tissue, full body massage. I recommend splashing out and giving your body the R&R it deserves.

I love giving these treatments as I get so much joy from seeing people relax so completely. This kind of massage is commonly known as a Swedish massage.

Indian Head Massage

Anyone that likes their head massaged will absolutely love a half hour Indian head massage. Its like being transported to a different planet for a while and when you come back the world seems like such a better place. Its melt in your mouth sort of stuff (but I do recommend bringing a hair brush for after!).

Reflexology

A lovely relaxing deep massage given to the feet and hands. Pressure points connect to every molecule in the body and so the massage vibrates through you creating a sense of deep peace and contentment. This is a unique type of massage that dates back to the egyptians and beyond.

Sports Injury

This is almost the complete opposite to relaxing massage. However, most people have aches and pains and I spend a lot of time unraveling knots and spots, loosening and releasing areas of tension. Not the best massage to give or receive, however the rewards are great when you leave feeling better and walking straight again! This is one for the “no pain, no gain” motto!
